Distribution

Our products will be distributed primarily through outreach programs including City Fresh, Cleveland’s community supported agriculture program, and through home delivery by the Visiting Nurse Association. We will operate an on-site retail store carrying our produce and fish, along with goods from other local farmers, dairies and bakeries.

We will sell a portion of our products to local restaurants and small independent grocers. We plan to provide special services to area restauranteurs, with an emphasis on our fish products, microgreens and specially designed salad mixes for individual chefs and specialty produce that will be grown to order.
